Service - what does it mean? To us, it means our firm is responsive. Calls are answered by people, not machines. Calls are returned within 24 hours, and usually within 1 or 2. We go to our clients offices or homes. We answer questions promptly. Those who choose our firm rely on competent advice and a timely response. We leave our schedules open for emergencies, and understand the need for prompt service.
